市场开发阶段催单邮件

1、对于已成交的老客户。

如果我们在冲销售额,那么我们就可以给我们的成交的客户发邮件问问最近有没有订单,并且鉴于我们1月底的假期,希望客户可以提前订货。

因为是我们的春节假期,所以物流公司停运比较早一般都要在假期的前15-20天结束运输,所以我们将近会有一个月的时间不能够外运货物。

所以希望贵司根据实际情况早点下订单备货。

3、对于很久没有采购我们产品的客户。

我们也要跟进一下利用这次机会。我们可以问问客户是不是有什么事情需要考虑,为什么突然不用我们的产品了。

是产品生产线改变还是我们的产品不符合他们的要求,请客户给予我们更多的回复,同时也有利于我们自己的提升,如果我们哪里需要改进的,也请客户直接说。

4、对于一直询价但是始终没有给我们订单的客户。

我们更要跟进一下,问一下客户是不是需要考虑一下我们,寄样品检测一下,或者下一年有没有计划采购我们的产品。

我们如果通过跟进客户能让客户接受我们寄样品的方式,也是比较不错的。

这样下一年我们就也会有新的增长点。
