假日邮件汇总
放假前的邮件提醒:
第一,告诉客人放假时间;
第二;希望客人提早下单以便早做安排;
第三,有任何不便请客人谅解;
第四,放假期间有问题可以依然联系业务员。
既然这么四个要素要表达,也提炼出来了,邮件就可以写得简洁、专业、明了。
没有多一个字废话,而且看起来舒适,注意语境和用词,就完全ok了。
如果是我自己,可能我就会这样写:
Dear Friends,
Please note we will begin our holiday for Chinese New Year from xxx to xxx.
We suggest you place orders in advance, and we could arrange pre-production process accordingly.
Kindly contact our sales rep for any issues in this period.
Sorry for the inconvenience of you!

The holidays are sadly over and we have quota goals to crush.
One very effective, yet underutilized way to do that is by following up!
Recent research has shown that 70% of unanswered sales emails stop after the first attempt.
However, there is a 21% chance you’ll hear back from the recipient after the first follow-up email and a 25% chance of hearing back after that.
Moreover, 50%of sales happen after the 5th follow-up.
Email follow-up is well worth it, and by not following up, you lose on a real opportunity.
